I’m a simple mom, with a passion for food and cooking. A sedentary lifestyle, unstable childhood and unhealthy eating habits resulted in me being obese for most of my life. After the birth of my daughter in 2012, I decided to make some changes and have lost over 120 pounds since then. I continue to work toward other fitness goals.
I hope this blog inspires others to get back in the kitchen and out of the drive-through, realize that they can eat wonderful and delicious foods without eating “like a rabbit”, and live an active lifestyle because of how amazing it makes you feel.
