I am cuckoo crazy for anything buffalo flavored, and I will put buffalo sauce on just about anything. This meatloaf absolutely amazed me, and it is probably my #2 favorite meatloaf of all time (with bacon cheeseburger being #1).
I neglected to take a picture of the side with this meal – but we had sautéed peas and mushrooms. Nothing really interesting! Just sauté a bag of frozen peas and a package of mushrooms, season with pepper to your heart’s desire and you’ve got yourself a tasty side of veggies.
