Cherry Vanilla Almond Quinoa Salad

Cherry Vanilla Almond Quinoa Salad
Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine cooled quinoa, chickpeas, celery, green onion, cherries and almonds in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey and vanilla extract. Pour over the other ingredients and toss. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
