Polenta is such a quick and easy side – I’m surprised that more people don’t enjoy it! I recently dressed up rolled polenta by adding some peaches and brushing them with honey and cinnamon, creating a sweet side dish that my family went crazy over. I found that it is good both hot and cold, and ripe peaches are a must!
