This is a mayo-free, better-for-you version of ranch dressing. It is not only great for tossing with leaf and vegetable salads, but for dipping veggies and chips.
The Recipe
Green Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup plain 2% greek yogurt
1 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions, plus extra
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley, plus extra
Directions
Combine all ingredients, reserving a few tablespoons of the green onions and parsley and set them off to the side.
Blend the mixture (I use my Magic Bullet) and then stir in the reserved green onions and parsley. Refrigerate.
